Request cancellation by emailing info@mteen.us no later than July 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
From July 19 onward
Because the cohort is small and the seat has been held, payments are normally non-refundable beginning seven days before the cohort starts. Contact us about exceptional medical or family circumstances; any accommodation is considered individually and is not guaranteed.
If mteen cancels
If mteen cancels the entire cohort and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, we will refund the amount paid. A rescheduled individual session does not by itself qualify the full program for a refund.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take additional business days to display the credit after Stripe processes it.
